Bomb Squad EP

The Bomb Squad EP was the first EP from California third wave ska group Suburban Legends, though at the time the band were known as Bomb Squad, making the EP a self-titled one. Other names considered for the EP during production included "Makin' Babies". The EP was their only release as Bomb Squad. It was recorded at The Atomic Vault, now called Sound Arena in Garden Grove. It included Tim Maurer on vocals, and Brent Feige on guitar. The "Bomb Squad era" only lasted one year, after which they changed their name to Suburban Legends. Vince Walker, Brian Robertson and Aaron Bertram are the only members left from the Bomb Squad era that are still part of the band. It was at this point the band started to develop, to dance and create their style of music found on their later releases, starting to show their seriousness as a band.

Famous quotes containing the words bomb and/or squad:

Gracious Lord, oh bomb the Germans.
Spare their women for Thy Sake,
And if that is not too easy
    We will pardon Thy Mistake.
But gracious Lord, whate’er shall be,
    Don’t let anyone bomb me.
    Sir John Betjeman (1906–1984)

Americans think of themselves collectively as a huge rescue squad on twenty-four-hour call to any spot on the globe where dispute and conflict may erupt.
