Benjamin Whitmer (born January 25, 1978) is an American professional wrestler, better known by his ring name, B.J. Whitmer. He is best known for his appearances with Ring of Honor between January 2003 and March 2008 and from February 2012 onwards. While in ROH, he was a four-time World Tag Team Champion.
