Television Stations
- Unlike most other ABC network affiliates, the Belo-owned ABC affiliates, along with MyNetworkTV affiliate WUPL, broadcast in 1080i instead of 720p. Currently, only the two stations in the Tucson duopoly broadcast in 720p among Belo-owned stations; however, they are operated by Raycom Media's CBS affiliate KOLD-TV via shared services and joint sales agreements.

Famous quotes containing the words television and/or stations:
“The technological landscape of the present day has enfranchised its own electoratesthe inhabitants of marketing zones in the consumer goods society, television audiences and news magazine readerships... vote with money at the cash counter rather than with the ballot paper at the polling booth.”
—J.G. (James Graham)
“I cant quite define my aversion to asking questions of strangers. From snatches of family battles which I have heard drifting up from railway stations and street corners, I gather that there are a great many men who share my dislike for it, as well as an equal number of women who ... believe it to be the solution to most of this worlds problems.”
—Robert Benchley (18891945)
