Beit Shemesh Railway Station - History

History

The station existed at the same location for close to a century on the Jaffa–Jerusalem railway originally built in the late 19th century during Ottoman rule.

After being closed several times, the station reopened on September 13, 2003, with an opening ceremony held on September 30. The station consists of three platforms.
