California Campus
Bastyr University's new campus in San Diego, Bastyr University California, opened in San Diego in September 2012. The campus offers the Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine program and expects to add more programs in the coming years. Bastyr University California became the state's only accredited naturopathic medicine institution when it secured regional and professional accreditation in February 2012.
The San Diego campus is located on Sorrento Valley Boulevard, near many life sciences companies and institutions and within four miles of Torrey Pines State Beach and Torrey Pines State Reserve. The campus is also near the Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve, a protected area with a variety of rare and endangered plants and animals.
