The Avon Advanced Learning Center, a learning center for seniors at Avon High School, opened in the fall of 2010. The senior class of 2011 are the first seniors to attend the Avon Advanced Learning Center, also known as the "ALC". The building consists of its own senior parking lot, the "Perch" senior coffee shop, a senior cafeteria, its own library, and each senior now either owns or rents a laptop.
