Ancestry
According to Broccoli Porto, one his ancestor's was Pope Eugene III, born Bernardo dei Paganelli di Montemagno 1145. The Paganelli of Montemagno were intermarried into the Broccoli bloodline. His grandfather was also the cousin of Albert Romolo Broccoli (1909–1996), who produced more than forty movies, but will be remembered by most for his contributions to one of the most successful film franchises in history, James Bond.
