Anton Ponkrashov (born April 23, 1986 in Leningrad, Soviet Union) is a Russian professional basketball player for CSKA Moscow of the PBL. He is 2.00 m (6 ft 6 ¾ in) in height and weighs 220 pounds. He can play as a swingman and as a point guard.
