It serves as a bus park for SBS Transit bus services from Ang Mo Kio Bus Interchange, Bishan Bus Interchange, Woodlands Regional Bus Interchange, Eunos Bus Interchange, Toa Payoh Bus Interchange, Yio Chu Kang Bus Terminal, Saint Michael's Bus Terminal, Marina South Pier and Shenton Way Bus Terminal. It also serves as maintenance facility for its own bus services and that of Braddell Bus Park.
