Mullins appeared in the reality television show The Starlet in 2005. During the show she and ten other young actresses lived together in Marilyn Monroe's old house while competing in a series of acting challenges for the chance to win a role on the WB drama One Tree Hill and a management contract with 3 Arts Entertainment. She was the first eliminated from the show. She also graces the cover of Glamour's Big Book of "DOS & DON'TS" released in September 2006. She was "A DO".
