Ambah is primarily a Hindu-dominant town. Jainism is prominent enough, along with Islam. Other religions are almost non-existent.

There are hundreds of places of religious importance (mostly Hindu temples and a couple of mosques) in and around Ambah. Mahatma Lochandas Mandir, Jayeshwar Mahadev Mandir (temple), ManshaPoorn Hanumaan Mandir, Heeron wali mata (Goddess of Diamonds) and Badi Masjid (big mosque) are a few to name. There are five jain temples in Ambah.and hunuman mandir in amilehada valleg in ambah 3 km
