Amancio Ortega Gaona

Amancio Ortega Gaona (born 28 March 1936) is a Spanish fashion executive and founding chairman of the Spanish clothing merchandiser Inditex. As of January 2013, he is the richest man in Europe; the Bloomberg Billionaires Index lists Amancio Ortega Gaona as the world's third richest person with assets of US$58 billion. He currently lives with his second wife in a discreet apartment building in the centre of La Coruña, Galicia, Spain.
