- Gevaert NV (investment company which owns 27,2% of Agfa-Gevaert) (Almanij 100%)
- Almafin (Almanij 100%)
- KBC Bank (Almanij 69,18%)
- Kredietbank Luxembourgeoise (KBL) (Almanij 78,60%)
