The Alberta Real Estate Association (AREA) represents the 10,000+ real estate brokers and associates who are members of Alberta's 10 real estate boards. AREA administers, on behalf of the regulator (Real Estate Council of Alberta), all the necessary real estate licensing courses to become a registered real estate agent or broker.
