It offers clothing brands such as Pepe Jeans, The North Face, Ed Hardy, Lacoste, Baby Phat, Apple Bottoms, Rocawear, G-Unit, Southpole, Akademiks, Armory Hip Hop, New Era, Juicy Couture, Miami Ink, Ecko, LRG clothing, Pastry,and Dereon.
The company was founded in 1996 by Kenny Khym, co-founder of the apparel brand. Southpole. In January 2009 the company filed for bankruptcy.
