The Adelaide Plains Football League (APFL) is an Australian rules football competition based in the Adelaide Plains region immediately north of Adelaide, South Australia. It is an affiliated member of the South Australian National Football League. In 2006 Hummocks/Watchman Football Club were premiers, defeating Balaklava Football Club. In 2007 Mallala Football Club were premiers, defeating United Football Club. In 2008 Hummocks/Watchman Football Club were premiers, defeating Mallala Football Club
