Watched by some 45 million viewers in India’s cable and satellite universe, Aaj Tak is one of India’s largest privately owned news channels. Aaj Tak was free-to-air channel till 2006 in India, while it offered as a pay channel in the overseas market. In the United States, it is available on EchoStar’s DISH Network.
