The 1999 PBA All-Filipino Cup or known as the 1999 McDonalds-PBA All-Filipino Cup for sponsorship reasons, is the Philippine Basketball Association All-Filipino Conference of the 1999 PBA season. The Formula Shell Zoom Masters defeated the Tanduay Rhum Masters 4–2 in the finals series to win their first PBA All-Filipino Crown and repeated as back-to-back champions. The Barangay Ginebra Kings made an improbable run up to third place with a huge upset against the #1 seed Mobiline Phone Pals in the quarterfinals.
