1980 World Figure Skating Championships

The World Figure Skating Championships is an annual figure skating competition sanctioned by the International Skating Union in which figure skaters compete for the title of World Champion.

The 1980 championships took place on March 11–16, 1980 in Dortmund, West Germany. The ISU Representative was John R. Shoemaker and the ISU Technical Delegate Josef Dědič.
