Zilpha Drew Smith (1852 - 1926) was an American social worker. She was widely involved in social work in Boston between 1872 and 1918 and lectured on the subject. She was the associate of the School of Social Work in Boston, maintained by Simmons College and Harvard University.
Her mother Judith Winsor Smith was also involved in social causes.
