Background
Saileti can thank Roger Milla for getting noticed by RoPS chairman Jouko Kiistala in the beginning of 1990s. Kiistala had admired Milla's talent and decided to scout African player for his club with help of his brother and his brothers Zambian friend who were studying in London that time. Zambian friend was then send to scout good Zambian based players for RoPS and Saileti was found. Despite of other offers at the table, Saileti decided to choose exotic Finland.
