Dodge Landon
Dodge Landon was the secondary antagonist in Rise of the Planet of the Apes, who worked as an guard at the primate facility where he abused the apes. He was portrayed by Tom Felton.
After Caesar was taken away, Dodge started making Caesar's life terrible there, hosing Caesar after the latter throws food at him and torturing the apes with a taser. After Caesar starts a revolution against humanity by stealing the ALZ-113 virus and giving it to the apes, Dodge finds Caesar in the play area alone. Dodge fights Caesar for a short time. Caesar shocks Dodge with his ability to talk, then knocks Dodge out cold and locks him in a cage. Eventually, Dodge escapes and tries to grab the hose, but Caesar pulls it away. Dodge grabs his taser, threatening to "skin each and every one of the apes. Caesar hoses Dodge, who is electrocuted and killed by his own taser.
