Young Scot

Young Scot is a charity in Scotland promoting citizenship education to young people aged 12–26 years. The organisation uses a variety of media including books, magazines, online and telephone contact and often works in conjunction with local councils and schools.

The organisation also issues the Young Scot National Entitlement Card, which provides cardholders with discounts for goods and services across certain European countries and is a PASS-accredited proof of age card.

Young Scot is part of the Euro 26 group.

Famous quotes containing the word young:

I suffered for birds, for young rabbits caught in the mower,
    My grief was not excessive.
For to come upon warblers in early May
Was to forget time and death:
    Theodore Roethke (1908–1963)
