YMCA University holds several annual festival. CULMYCA is an annual cultural festival, held in February or March. Khoj is an annual technical festival. Concourse is an annual sports meet.
YMCA UST have IEEE Club to promote professional competencies of the graduates. Various workshops and contests are organized in association with this organization.
