Xu Jingzong (許敬宗) (592 – September 20, 672), courtesy name Yanzu (延族), formally Duke Gong of Gaoyang (高陽恭公), was a chancellor of the Chinese dynasty Tang Dynasty. Allied with Emperor Gaozong's wife Empress Wu (later known as Wu Zetian), Xu Jingzong was exceedingly powerful during most of Emperor Gaozong's reign.
