Alan Trench left World Serpent Distribution in January 2004, David Gibson left in June 2004, and Alison Webster left in August 2004. It was then confirmed in August 2004, that World Serpent Distribution was no longer operating, and had ceased trading.Neither the directors,nor the company itself, was ever the subject of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or an administration hearing. World Serpent had simply ceased trading.
