WOS Wrestling
In 2010 John David Chapman, a British telecommunication entrepreneur who is notable for his engineering of the voicemail servers in the Leveson Inquiry, incorporated WOS Wrestling Ltd; in 2011 Chapman incorporated WOS Wrestling Inc (Delaware, USA). Chapman acquired rights to the World of Sport Wrestling television programming from ITV plc, and purchased a substantial amount of British wrestling intellectual property. The purchase gave Chapman earliest rights on numerous wrestling intellectual property.
In 2012 Chapman's company WOS Wrestling Ltd attained a contract with iTunes S.a.r.l to provide British wrestling programming. World of Sport Wrestling Classics Vol.1 became available on iTunes in October 2012.
On the 14th February 2013 the Wrestling Observer Newsletter reported that the WWE is looking to acquire is the World of Sport library.
