Winston Airport Shuttle

Winston Airport Shuttle is United States's first door to door shared ride airport service. It was started on July 23, 1973 by Martin Laschever from Stony Brook, New York. At that time, there were no other companies of its kind in the United States.

Today there are hundreds maybe thousands of shared ride airport services in America, and their roots can all be traced back to the Winston Airport Shuttle and Martin Laschever and his unique vision. Winston Airport Shuttles pick up or drop off travelers at any location; such as home, office, school, or hotel on Long Island and Queens and brings them to John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK), LaGuardia Airport (LGA), Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR) and Long Island MacArthur Airport (ISP), as well as to all piers in New York City (all boroughs), Bayonne, New Jersey, and Brooklyn.

Famous quotes containing the words airport and/or shuttle:

It was like taking a beloved person to the airport and returning to an empty house. I miss the people. I miss the world.
    Susan Sontag (b. 1933)

And the shuttle never falters, but to draw an encouraging conclusion
From this would be considerable, too odd. Why not just
Breathe in with the courage of each day, recognizing yourself as one
Who must with difficulty get down from high places?
    John Ashbery (b. 1927)
