Present Situation
Wimbledon Chase is admired for its extensive grounds which consist of two large fields, one catering for a 200m running track, tennis courts, and many wildlife and nature areas. The school itself currently has two forms per year, but in September 2008 a third form was added in reception classes which could mean the need to expand the school onto its playing fields. Some local parents have opposed the motion, which could be a one off decision, but as the school is heavily oversubscribed it may have no choice. As of the 2011/2012 academic year there are now three forms in reception, Year 1 and Year 2.

Famous quotes containing the words present and/or situation:
“Politics is still the man’s game. The women are allowed to do the chores, the dirty work, and now and then—but only occasionally—one is present at some secret conference or other. But it’s not the rule. They can go out and get the vote, if they can and will; they can collect money, they can be grateful for being permitted to work. But that is all.”
—Mary Roberts Rinehart (1876–1958)
“Greater than scene ... is situation. Greater than situation is implication. Greater than all of these is a single, entire human being, who will never be confined in any frame.”
—Eudora Welty (b. 1909)
