William T. Andrews (born Sumter, South Carolina) in 1898 was a Democrat, lawyer, and member of the New York State Assembly.
Andrews married Regina M. Anderson on April 10, 1926. He was a Special Legal Assistant for the NAACP before becoming a member of the New York state assembly from 1935-48 (New York County 21st District 1935-44, New York County 12th District 1945-48). Member, Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. He was also a member of the Elks. He died in 1984; burial location unknown.
