He is the nephew of President John F. Kennedy and Senators Robert F. Kennedy and Ted Kennedy. William Kennedy Smith is the brother of Stephen Edward Smith, Jr., Amanda Smith Hood and Kym Smith Tucker . He is married to Anne Henry. As of May 12, 2012, a baby girl was born to the couple; India Rose Smith.
