Frank Nicholls is an elderly man who is first introduced when Cilla Battersby-Brown gets a job at his care home. When Cilla discovers he has money she begins flirting with him, and he invites her to become his full-time carer. Frank is found by Cilla dead in his chair on 3 October 2007.
