White Water Landing (Cedar Point) - Demolition

Demolition

At the end of the 2005 season, it was announced that White Water Landing would be closing to make room for another attraction. The attraction was unknown until on September 7, 2006 when the park released their 21 million dollar investment, Maverick. Its station and queue is still intact, and used for Maverick. There is still a concrete section of the track from White Water Landing located by the queue, before entering the final queue area, or White Water Landing's former loading platform. The track segment is used as a small stream. The ride was similar to the defunct Kenton's Cove Keelboat Canal at Kings Island.
