Extracurricular Activities
Whitchurch has a strong sports department and has produced many athletes who have represented Wales or Great Britain in recent years. It was named Sports State School of the Year by 7th Annual Aviva Daily Telegraph "School Sports Matters" National Awards in November 2011 in recognition of its sporting achievements.
