Wheeljack cameoed in the third season of Transformers Animated. His appearance is very G1-based, although he now has a utility belt and what appears to be facial hair. Furthermore, unlike his previous incarnations, he is a little taller, much bigger, and stronger, with a very heavy-set body. He is also a member of the Autobot Council. Judging by the looks of him, his vehicle mode is most likely a futuristic, burly muscle car based on a 1970 Plymouth Barracuda, rather than his original modern sports car mode, which is based on the 1976 Lancia Stratos Turbo. However, as of this point, this remains unconfirmed until more information is finally given.
