West Worthing is served by two trains per hour to London Victoria via Haywards Heath. Two services run to London Bridge on Monday–Friday mornings. Brighton services run at regular intervals during the day. The station is also served by two trains to Littlehampton and one to Portsmouth Harbour per hour. There are also three direct services per day to Bognor Regis and two trains per hour that terminate at West Worthing having formed stopping services from Brighton.
