Club Song
We're a happy team at Westies, We're the mighty fighting Bloods, We love our club and we play to win, Riding the bumps with a grin, ''At Westies'' Come what may you'll find us striving, Team work is the thing that counts, All for one and one for all, The way we play at Westies We are the mighty fighting Bloods!Read more about this topic: West Adelaide Football Club
Famous quotes containing the words club and/or song:
“Of course we women gossip on occasion. But our appetite for it is not as avid as a man’s. It is in the boys’ gyms, the college fraternity houses, the club locker rooms, the paneled offices of business that gossip reaches its luxuriant flower.”
—Phyllis McGinley (1905–1978)
“A song is no song unless the circumstance is free and fine. If a singer sing from a sense of duty or from seeing no way to escape, I had rather have none. Those only can sleep who do not care to sleep; and those only write or speak best who do not too much respect the writing or the speaking.”
—Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
