Wesley Baker
Wesley Eugene Baker (March 26, 1958 – December 5, 2005) was a convicted murderer executed by the U.S. state of Maryland. He was convicted for the June 6, 1991, murder of Jane Tyson in Catonsville. He was pronounced dead at 9:18 p.m. EST after being executed by lethal injection. As of May 2, 2013, Baker is the most recent inmate executed in Maryland, although the state's death row houses 5 convicted murderers who are in various stages of legal appeals prior to the abolition of the death penalty in Maryland.
