The emblem was updated in 2002 to have a more contemporary feel than the old design, but while still retaining key elements.

  • The Bird, representing striving.
  • The Book, representing learning.
  • The Tree, representing the local history of the region.

The school motto is 'Caring, Striving, Learning'.
