Wayne Thomas Carlisle (born 9 September 1979 in Lisburn, Northern Ireland) is a former professional footballer who last played for Truro City after being released by Football League Two side Torquay United.

Carlisle is a midfielder, primarily right-sided, but able to play in a wide range of positions. He has been capped by Northern Ireland at youth and under-21 level.
