Famous quotes containing the words boat, operations, present and/or day:

    Chinese proverb.

There is a patent office at the seat of government of the universe, whose managers are as much interested in the dispersion of seeds as anybody at Washington can be, and their operations are infinitely more extensive and regular.

    John Huston (1906–1987)

Perhaps one day this too will be pleasant to remember.
Virgil [Publius Vergilius Maro] (70–19 B.C.)
