Institutional Framework

The Water Supplies Department collects, stores, purifies and distributes potable water to consumers, and provides adequate new resources and installations in order to maintain a satisfactory standard of water supply. The department also supplies seawater for flushing toilets. The Drainage Services Department is responsible for sanitation.
