Warwick School is an independent school with boarding facilities for boys in Warwick, England. It is believed to be the oldest surviving boys' grammar school in the world and the third-oldest surviving school in the country after King's School, Canterbury and St Peter's School, York. It was active in the reign of King Edward the Confessor (reigned 1042–1066) and probably for a century before that. Its Headmasters have been members of the Headmaster and Headmistresses Conference since 1896.
