Walter Kennedy (NBA)

James Walter Kennedy (born in Stamford, Connecticut, June 8, 1912 – June 26, 1977) was the commissioner of the National Basketball Association (NBA) from 1963 until 1975. He is sometimes mistakenly referred to as Walter J. Kennedy.
