Wall Street Tower Omaha

Wall Street Tower Omaha

The WallStreet Tower Omaha was a planned 32-story, 373 ft condomium project that would have become Omaha, Nebraska's third tallest building upon completion. The building was to be built on the site of the former Union Pacific headquarters, located at 14th and Dodge Street. Prices for a unit range from $195,000-$620,000. The project was expected to be completed by Fall 2009 and original plans consisted of 32 floors & 192 condos. It then dropped to 96 condos while still the same amount of floors, before plans were scrapped all together. Hyatt had committed to using 153 rooms on 6 floors for a Hyatt Place brand hotel however, Hyatt is currently constructing a stand-alone, nine-story, "Hyatt Place" in the Old Market. For aesthetic purposes, the city of Omaha made the developer fill in the failed construction site before the 2011 College World Series, which was the first year the series began being hosted downtown in TD Ameritrade Park.

The whole land seems aroused to discussion on the province of woman, and I am glad of it.
