Founder
The school was founded by Velladurai Pandian and his wife, Vellathai, who also became the first principal of the school, in 1989. The principal of the school first worked in G.K.Shetty Matriculation School but due to some problem in that school, Vellathai started the school Vyasa Vidhyalya in 1989.
The school is known for its cricket team.
