Company Structure
As of 2010 the company is divided into two main divisions.
The rail infrastructure division comprises the rail fastening and switch companies (Vossloh Fasyening Systems GmbH and Vossloh Cogifer SA), and from 2009 a rail services (maintenance) company Vossloh Rail Services GmbH.
The Transportation division (formerly Motive Power and Components) comprising Vossloh Locomotives GmbH, Vossloh España S.A., and Vossloh Kiepe GmbH
