Early Life
Vince Matthew Chung was born in Toronto, Canada the son of an accountant and a university lecturer and spent his early life there. He attended public school number 207 and his favorite subject was gym. At middle school he represented Ontario internationally in swimming competitions, specialising in breast-stroke and also held several provincial records when he was younger. Later he studied kinesiology at York University and Education at University of Toronto. In 2003 in a move to rediscover his roots, he relocated to Hong Kong, where he started out with a career in education, but after a short time his love for the theatre and acting drove him to follow these pursuits professionally.
