A Chinese Dragon-like monster. It appeared when the Abyss of Evil was opened by Lothor.
In the Power Rangers Dino Thunder episode "Thunder Storm" Pt. 2, Chin Dragon returns to fight the Ninja Storm Rangers and Dino Thunder Rangers.
