Dr.B.Devanand has been recently appointed as a regular Director of VIMS for a period of three years. His is the brain child of the recent construction and developmental drive in the Institution. He has changed the campus landscape so much so that old students who have passed out as recently as three years back are astonished to see the pace of development and change!
